David Stevens lacks the maturity and temperament to be a prosecuting attorney or a judge. The Rite Aid prosecution is a perfect example, but there are many others. Stevens is a self promoter who is selling the worst kind of snake oil– himself.

Stevens has worked for the Prosecuting Attorney’s office for way too long. Why? What is he afraid of? Can’t he get a job in the private sector? It is time to remove Stevens from the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office and allow him to work in the private sector, where the marketplace will determine his value as an attorney. thank you

Thanks for your comments. I don’t see how you can say I am “trying to support one candidate” by my blog post. The criticism that I wrote about Stevens’ handling of the sardine case was written last year, before David Stevens announced his candidacy.

David Stevens primarily handles repeat offenders, or career criminals. So maybe Mr. Graham needs to share with us the sardine snatcher’s criminal history PRIOR to his fish heist? If you want to support one candidate, that doesn’t mean you mislead the public by slanting information on someone running against them. Please provide us with more information on this case, if you have it. I would like to know the WHOLE story. I want to make an educated decision for my vote.

I really hope Dave Stevens retires Tucker! I don’t know anything about the case of the stolen sardines, but I do know from Dave Steven’s campaign Facebook page that he only prosecutes career criminals, so my logic tells me, the thief likely had a fair number of felonies under his belt, and deserved the 29months for yet another strike.
